Position Overview: 
Capture the manufacturer recommendations provided by the appropriate equipment manuals. Review and improve current PM instructions and create new PMs accordingly. PMs to be reviewed in detail with the Danone Planner and will be delivered in a manner that can be easily entered into a CMMS by Plant personnel.

All PM tasks will be Quantitative and Specific and the completed PM job plans will be developed in accordance with OEM recommendations that will match company’s current level of PM or exceed level of detail and content.



​​​​​​Position Summary: 
  • Research, write, edit, and proofread technical documents related to maintenance procedures in a food manufacturing company.
  • Collaborate with maintenance technicians and engineers to ensure accuracy of technical content.
  • Organize and maintain documentation on equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Create diagrams, charts, and other visual aids for maintenance manuals.
  • Update documentation based on equipment feedback and revisions.

Position Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer in an industrial manufacturing environment. 
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding. 
  • Proven experience in technical writing or a similar role, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems.
  • Familiarity with HTML, XML, or other markup languages.
  • Knowledge of version control tools for documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
