We are looking for a technical writer to join our team on a short-term contract to help document the use of approximately 30 different R&D solutions in a real production environment. You will be responsible for creating clear, structured, and professional documentation that will be delivered to an executive audience.
The work involves participating in team meetings, listening to how artists and engineers describe their experience using each tool, and turning that input into one-page summaries. You will also help produce a summary document that includes a structured comparison across all tools, such as a table or heat map.
The perfect candidate is someone who can embed themselves in the day-to-day conversations of the team and transform those discussions directly into written documentation. You must be comfortable navigating technical and artistic discussions, asking questions when something is unclear, and working with both engineers and creatives without needing constant direction. You are not expected to test the tools yourself, but you should be able to follow what is being discussed, identify what matters, and capture it clearly and accurately.
