• 8 years’ Experience in composing, reviewing, and editing technical documents, policy manuals, procedural documents, operational guidelines, materials, and reports.
• 8 years’ Previous experience researching, developing, and disseminating information on techniques for organizing and presenting policy, procedure and technical information.
• 8 years’ Ability to consult with technical staff in the development of documentation, policy and procedural material.
• 6 years’ Previous experience preparing responses to correspondence, reports, surveys, questionnaires, and other requests for information
• 6 years’ Experience creating and presenting policy and procedure updates, reports, options and feedback to upper management and C Level stakeholders.

• 5 years’ Previous technology writing experience in the public sector
• 5 years’ years’ Knowledge of IT policies and procedures.

• Technical writing (manuals, procedures, policies).
• Policy and process documentation.
• Interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Research, data analysis, and visualization.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma and ITIL methodologies.
• Ability to handle confidential data and work in a fast-paced environment.
